Send us a message on WhatsApp to get the form to fill which would include your Biodata, next of kin, NIN or Driver’s Licence and other details needed to process your contract of sales.

Make Your Payment
All payment should be paid into REFTOP HOMES LTD corporate account. Receipt of payment that carries the reference number must be sent to our SALES EXECUTIVE in charge of the transaction who will confirm the payment, process the RECEIPT OF PAYMENT and CONTRACT OF SALES within 48 hours of payment. These two documents will be sent to your mail.
Step 03
Allocation Date
The Palm seedlings in the nursery stage will be transplanted on your portion of farm after full payment. The coordinates of your farm will also be taken and the SURVEY will be prepared. The DEED OF ASSIGNMENT and hard copy of the CONTRACT OF SALES & RECEIPTS OF PAYMENT will also be made available. All these documents will be given to all clients during allocation. The date of allocation will be communicated with each client.

Where is the project located?
The project is located off Afon Road, Imeko-Afon Local Government Area, Ogun State. However you can also pay us a visit at our office in Sangotedo, Ajah Lagos.
Why is the project not located in the city?
Palm Crest covers about 3,000 acres of land, a size that is not available within the city. In addition, Palm Crest strategically invests in areas that are often overlooked, allowing us to acquire large expanses of land at more affordable prices.
What is the title of the land?
The land is covered by a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).
What do I own when I invest in Palm Crest?
You own the land, the oil palm trees planted on it, and the agricultural produce from the plantation.
What documents will I receive after purchasing the land?
Upon purchase, you will receive a Contract of Sale, a Letter of Acknowledgement, and a Payment Receipt.
When will my land be allocated?
Land allocation is done upon purchase based on the project layout. After cultivation of your portion is completed, a physical inspection will be arranged so you can identify your land.
What documents will I receive after land allocation?
You will receive a Deed of Assignment, a Survey Plan, and an Allocation Letter.
How can I identify my land?
Your land can be identified using the coordinates on your survey plan, the beacons marking the boundaries, and a signpost bearing your name or plot number.
Who manages the plantation, and can I manage it myself?
The entire Palm Crest plantation is managed by Reftop Agro in collaboration with JD Farms and other agricultural professionals. You are free to visit your plantation and receive regular progress updates, but day-to-day management is handled by the professional team.
Will I pay extra costs for setting up and managing the plantation?
No additional fees will be required. The cost of the land already covers plantation setup and management, and a system has been put in place to manage the farm without extra charges to you.
Will I pay extra fees for the continuous maintenance of the plantation?
No. Although there are ongoing maintenance costs, you will not incur additional charges. These costs are covered by a 20% deduction from the revenue generated after the sale of the produce.
Can I visit the project at any time?
Yes, you can visit the project at any time. You only need to notify us if you plan to visit independently or if you would like to join one of our scheduled site visits.
What species of oil palm seedlings are planted at Palm Crest?
Palm Crest uses F1 Tenera oil palm seedlings. These seedlings have higher oil yield, are disease-resistant, and produce better output compared to locally pollinated varieties.
How long will it take for the palm trees to start fruiting?
F1 Tenera oil palm trees typically begin fruiting within two years. However, for optimal harvest and commercial-scale production, full operations are expected to commence in about three years
When will I start earning from my investment?
Investors can expect to start earning from the fourth year, after the palms have fruited and commercial harvesting and sales are underway.
What risks are involved in the project and how are they mitigated?
Government and regulatory risks
Policy or regulatory changes may occur. To mitigate this, thorough due diligence has been carried out to ensure the land is free from government encumbrances and is covered by a registered Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). Continuous engagement with relevant government authorities will also help us stay informed and address any regulatory challenges promptly.
