Hayludz Realty Network stores personal information so we can message you on WhatsApp. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so free of charge.
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message we have sent you.
This takes effect straight away. You are removed from every active message sequence and we will not send you further marketing messages.
Note that opting out is not the same as deletion. We keep a record of your number on a do-not-contact list, precisely so that we do not message you again by mistake. If you want your data removed entirely, use option 2.
Email admin@hayludzrealty.ng with the subject “Data deletion request”, from any address, and include:
We may contact you on that number to confirm the request came from its owner. This protects you: without a check, anyone could delete someone else’s records.
We retain a minimal do-not-contact record — your number and the fact you asked to be removed — so that a future import cannot accidentally add you back. It is not used for any other purpose.
We also keep anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
We action deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We will confirm by email once it is done.
Deleting your data here does not delete the conversation from your own WhatsApp app, or data held by Meta. To delete the chat on your phone, delete it in WhatsApp. For data Meta holds, see the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
Requests made through Meta return a confirmation code. You can check the status of such a request at any time at www.hayludzrealty.ng/data-deletion/status, using that code.
