These terms govern your use of the WhatsApp messaging service operated by Hayludz Realty Network (“we”, “us”) at www.hayludzrealty.ng. By opting in to receive messages from us, or by using our service, you agree to these terms.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to send property listings, updates, appointment reminders and customer support messages to people who have asked to receive them. Messages are delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
We only send business-initiated messages to people who have given us permission. Permission may be given by filling in a form on our website, asking us in person or in writing, or messaging us first on WhatsApp.
You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any
message. This is processed automatically and immediately. You will
be removed from all active message sequences.
You can also email admin@hayludzrealty.ng, or simply block us on WhatsApp.
Message frequency varies depending on what you have signed up for. We do not charge you for messages, but your mobile network may charge for the data used to receive them. WhatsApp’s own terms apply to your use of the app.
When interacting with our service, you agree not to:
We may stop messaging, and may block, any number that breaches these terms.
Property details, prices and availability we send are provided in good faith and are accurate at the time of sending. They are not an offer or a contract. Availability and pricing change, sometimes quickly. Always confirm current details with us directly before making any financial commitment or decision.
Nothing we send by WhatsApp constitutes legal, financial or investment advice.
You are responsible for making sure the phone number and details you give us are correct and belong to you. If you give us a number you do not control, someone else may receive messages intended for you.
If you change or give up your number, tell us, so we do not message its new owner.
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Delivery depends on WhatsApp, on your network, and on your device. We are not responsible for messages delayed or not delivered for reasons outside our control.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Content we send you — text, images, listings, branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You may keep and share it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish it commercially without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of this messaging service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may stop providing the service, to you or generally, at any time. You may stop using it at any time by opting out as described in section 2.
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version. Continuing to receive our messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
